About Lindsay Tharp, REALTOR

Lindsay is a proud native of Pelahatchie and lifelong resident of Rankin County, and she has always loved calling Central Mississippi home—except for her time at Mississippi State University, where she pursued a degree in Elementary Education (Hail State!). Lindsay, her husband Paxton, and their daughter currently reside in Pearl.

Lindsay is a newly licensed agent but no stranger to the industry. She has operated “behind the scenes” in various capacities ranging from office-side roles in a local brokerage, to several years serving as a title paralegal at Elliott Law Firm. Lindsay has witnessed the good, the bad, and the ugly in real estate—both personally and professionally. This experience gives Lindsay invaluable insight when it comes to navigating simple and complex real estate transactions from beginning to end.
